I noticed something was missing in our beautiful, lively Hampton Roads, Virginia. With many local courthouses unable to perform marriage ceremonies, couples who wanted a quick, sweet, and meaningful wedding day were often left searching for options.

That's where Paper Petals & Ink comes in. We believe every couple deserves a delightful, dedicated place to say "I do" without the hassle of a massive wedding budget or a year of planning. Our Bloom Room was created to be that perfect, sweet spot for any couple who desires a simple yet unforgettable ceremony.

The officiant was professional and asked us questions to get to know more about our love story as well as get an inside look into what our marriage consists of etc. She put everything that we said into our vows and when me and my fiancé at the time read them, we were about to cry.
